Helios One · buyer workflow
Helios One terms of service
Effective 24 October 2026
These terms are between Helios One Oy (business ID 3596623-5, VAT FI35966235), Servin Maijan tie 10 B 19, 02150 Espoo, Finland, and the business customer that signs an order form for the Helios One supplier PO follow-up service. Contact: support@heliosone.fi.
Service and price
Helios One helps a plant follow up open supplier purchase orders, collect supplier confirmations by email or link, and present exceptions for buyer review. The initial route is CSV-first. Your ERP remains the system of record. A connector, write-back, or other integration is included only when the order form identifies it and the specific customer environment has been tested.
The approved starting price is $4,000 setup plus $2,000 per month per plant. Suppliers do not pay. Taxes, unusual implementation work, and any additional scope are stated in the order form. The order form controls the term, payment timing, enabled plants, service boundaries, and any renewal or cancellation terms.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide lawful instructions, accurate source data, authorised recipients, and a safe review process. You are responsible for supplier communications, purchase-order decisions, dates, pricing, production commitments, and any export-control or regulated-data determination. Suppliers may reply without a paid account, but the customer decides what to accept.
Do not upload data you lack authority to process, secrets, payment-card data, classified information, or controlled technical data outside an expressly enabled vault workflow. ITAR parts go in the ITAR vault; the optional vault is a technical feature and does not mean Helios is ITAR compliant or certified.
Review, automation, and integrations
The workflow can draft follow-up messages and organise replies. A customer reviewer remains responsible for adopting a date, status, or exception. Public examples and staging/spec-mock pages are not live integrations. Any enabled connector is read-only unless the order form and implementation explicitly define a reviewed write path.
Data protection and security boundary
The Privacy Policy describes independent-controller processing. The DPA applies when signed for customer-directed personal-data processing. The Security overview records selected implementation facts and its limits. No uptime, response-time, recovery, residency, certification, or independent-audit commitment is made unless the signed order form says so.
Suspension and termination
Helios may suspend access when necessary to protect people, data, or infrastructure, or when the customer materially breaches the order form. Export, return, and deletion at termination follow the signed DPA and order form. No fixed backup-purge or restoration period is promised here.
General
The customer may not reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or use the service for unlawful communications. Each party keeps its pre-existing intellectual property. These terms are governed by the law and venue stated in the signed order form; if that document is silent, Finnish law applies and the courts of Finland have jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Contact support@heliosone.fi with questions.
