ERP supplier follow-up connectors: start with the lowest-risk export

Evidence first, connector second

An ERP marketplace listing, partner page, or API document proves that a route exists in that ecosystem. It does not prove that a Helios connector is built, authenticated, or safe for a live tenant. The map below keeps those facts separate.

The lowest-risk route for a first pilot is a reviewed CSV or Excel export of open purchase orders. The internal Helios research calls for that route before a live offer; it also records that the Plex REST connector has not run on a live tenant. Public Plex, Infor, Acumatica, and Odoo pages are useful integration evidence, not product claims.

Use the map to make the next test explicit: name the export, identify the owner, confirm the fields, and record the date. Then download the minimum template and define the OTD calculation.

Frequently asked questions

Which connector works today?

The working artifact is the browser-only CSV/Excel route. The map labels ERP-specific paths as unverified or tenant-test-needed; it does not claim a live Plex, Epicor, Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, or Infor connector.

Why begin with an export?

An export lets a buyer test the workflow without granting ERP access. It also makes the fields, redactions, retention, and exception rules reviewable before integration work.
