Helios One · buyer workflow
Industrial equipment manufacturing purchase order acknowledgment
The decision for this workflow
Request a date for each shipment and a note about site constraints so a single “confirmed” label is not misleading. The page uses sample/fictional data so a team can challenge the rule before sharing a real export. It is aimed at a buyer deciding what to ask, what to hold, and what to leave for a human.
Long-lead component acknowledgment sheet
This page’s working artifact is a Long-lead component acknowledgment sheet. It is intentionally narrower than a full ERP rollout: the buyer supplies a reviewed export or copies a supplier message, then checks the proposed state before anything is sent or written back.
Worked fictional example: Fictional PO IE-7784 for a 14-week hydraulic manifold
| Field | Fictional value |
|---|---|
| Requested | 2 manifolds, ship 2027-02-10 |
| Supplier answer | 1 manifold 2027-02-10; second 2027-02-24 |
| Site constraint | Crating must fit a 2.4 m bay door |
| Decision | Record split and route crating note to project lead |
The useful decision is request a date for each shipment and a note about site constraints so a single “confirmed” label is not misleading. In a real review, record the source file, message date, reviewer, and any redaction before treating a value as operational.
What Helios does directly
Helios gives the team a repeatable field set and a browser-local sample that exposes split dates and open questions. Helios keeps the distinction between a draft, an extracted value, and a buyer-approved decision visible. A supplier reply is not sent automatically from this page, and no ERP record is changed by this artifact.
Evidence boundary
The page does not promise a supplier portal, logistics booking, or installation readiness. The three sources below provide industry or vendor context; they do not establish a Helios customer result, certification, or live integration. The p1-stores status is the controlling integration boundary for this wave: 0 live-tested integrations.

Frequently asked questions
Why capture a site constraint in a PO acknowledgment?
Because the date alone does not show whether the delivery can be received. The fictional crating note creates a separate project review.
