Helios One · buyer workflow
Medical device manufacturing supplier PO follow-up
The decision for this workflow
Parse delivery facts into a work queue, but route document, lot, and change references to quality review. The page uses sample/fictional data so a team can challenge the rule before sharing a real export. It is aimed at a buyer deciding what to ask, what to hold, and what to leave for a human.
Device-component reply parser
This page’s working artifact is a Device-component reply parser. It is intentionally narrower than a full ERP rollout: the buyer supplies a reviewed export or copies a supplier message, then checks the proposed state before anything is sent or written back.
Worked fictional example: Fictional PO MD-5107 for molded pump valves
| Field | Fictional value |
|---|---|
| Supplier reply | 300 valves on 2026-12-09; 100 on 2026-12-16 |
| Lot note | Lot MV-19 named in the message |
| Document note | Supplier says “updated drawing attached” |
| Decision | Keep dates; send drawing claim to quality review |
The useful decision is parse delivery facts into a work queue, but route document, lot, and change references to quality review. In a real review, record the source file, message date, reviewer, and any redaction before treating a value as operational.
What Helios does directly
Helios can extract obvious dates, quantities, and review flags from a plain reply and show the result before anyone updates a record. Helios keeps the distinction between a draft, an extracted value, and a buyer-approved decision visible. A supplier reply is not sent automatically from this page, and no ERP record is changed by this artifact.
Evidence boundary
The parser does not validate a device, lot, drawing, supplier, or regulatory submission. The three sources below provide industry or vendor context; they do not establish a Helios customer result, certification, or live integration. The p1-stores status is the controlling integration boundary for this wave: 0 live-tested integrations.

Frequently asked questions
Can a parsed “drawing attached” message release a lot?
No. It only creates a review flag. Authorized quality staff must inspect the controlled document and disposition.
